Practical answers for families

What does it cost?
No cost to eligible families.
Who qualifies?
A dementia diagnosis, Original Medicare Parts A and B, not in hospice or PACE, and living at home. Check in 2 minutes.
What will I need?
Your loved one’s Medicare card, their doctor’s name, and any diagnosis paperwork you have. We handle the rest.
Who comes to our home?
Respite and home care aides from vetted partner agencies near you.
What if we don’t qualify?
Talk to us anyway. We’ll point you to other support in your area, including your local Area Agency on Aging.
Will my loved one keep their doctor?
Yes. Their doctor stays their doctor, and gets the care plan.
Can we leave at any time?
Yes, you can stop at any time.
